Fill in Track Information

Each track in your release requires accurate metadata before it can be distributed. Completing your track information correctly helps ensure your music is delivered to streaming platforms without delays and that your credits and rights are properly assigned.

Step 1: Add Your Track

When creating your release, go to the Tracks section and add your audio using one of the following options:

Upload from Computer – Use this if the track has not been uploaded to Interfine Music before.
Select from Catalog – Choose this option if the track already exists in your Interfine Music catalog.

Step 2: Complete the Track Details

After adding your track, open it and complete the required information.

Track Title

Enter the official title of your track.

Note: If your release contains only one track (a single), the track title should match the release title exactly.

Remix or Version

Only complete this field if your track is a:

Remix
Live version
Acoustic version
Radio Edit
Deluxe or Special Edition

Leave this field blank for original recordings.

Cover, Remix, Karaoke or Tribute

Enable this option if your track is:

A cover song
A remix
A karaoke version
A parody
A tribute recording

This helps ensure your release is reviewed correctly.

Upload Audio

Upload the final mastered audio file for your track.

Ensure your audio meets Interfine Music's quality requirements before submission.

Step 3: Add Metadata

Complete the following metadata for each track:

Artists

Add all artists involved in the track, including:

• Primary Artist
• Featured Artist(s)
• Other contributors where applicable

Primary Genre

Select the genre that best describes the track.

###Secondary Genre (Optional)

Add a secondary genre if it helps better classify your music.

###ISRC

The ISRC is the unique identification code for your recording.

If you already have an ISRC, enter it.
If you don't have one, Interfine Music can assign one automatically during distribution.
Sound Recording Rights (℗)

Enter the legal owner of the sound recording rights.

###Lyrics (Optional)

You may include your song lyrics.

Please note that not all streaming platforms display lyrics, and some use third-party lyric providers instead.

###Language

Select the primary language used in the track.

For instrumental music, choose the appropriate language option available in the platform.

##Available Separately

If your release contains multiple tracks, you can choose whether individual tracks should be available for purchase or download separately on supported platforms.

###Notes (Optional)

Use this field for your own internal reference.

Information entered here is not sent to streaming platforms.

Before You Submit

Before distributing your release, verify that:

All track titles are correct.
Artist names are spelled correctly.
Genres accurately describe the music.
Audio files are the final versions.
ISRC codes and rights information are accurate.
Contributor information has been completed.

Taking a few minutes to review your metadata can help prevent delays during the review and distribution process.
