The Royalties section allows you to view the earnings generated by your music across supported streaming and download platforms. You can track your revenue, monitor royalty payments, and view the status of your earnings—all from one place.

What is the Royalties section?

The Royalties section provides a summary of the revenue your releases have earned after they have been streamed or purchased on digital platforms.

Here, you can:

1. View your royalty earnings.
2. Track confirmed and pending royalties.
3. Monitor payment history.
4. Download royalty statements (where available).
5. Review earnings by release or track.
6. Understanding Royalty Statuses

Your earnings may appear under different statuses depending on where they are in the payment process.

Pending Royalties

These are royalties that have been reported by streaming platforms but are still being processed or verified.

Pending royalties are not yet available for withdrawal.

Confirmed Royalties

These royalties have been verified and approved.

Once confirmed, they are added to your available balance and become eligible for payout according to Interfine Music's payment schedule.

Viewing Your Royalty Earnings

To view your royalties:

• Log in to your Interfine Music account.
• Navigate to Royalties.
• Select the reporting period you want to view.

Filter results by:

• Release
• Track
• Artist
• Platform
• Territory (where available)

Your dashboard will display the corresponding earnings for the selected filters.

Downloading Royalty Reports

You can download royalty reports for your records.

Reports may include:

• Release or track details
• Streaming platforms
• Countries or territories
• Number of streams or downloads
• Royalty amounts
• Reporting period

These reports can help you monitor your catalogue's performance and keep accurate financial records.

When Are Royalties Updated?

Royalty reports are updated after Interfine Music receives sales reports from streaming platforms.

Because each platform reports earnings on its own schedule, royalties may appear several weeks or months after your music has been streamed.

Why Don't My Royalties Match My Streams?

Streaming numbers and royalty payments are reported separately.

Your royalties may differ from your stream counts because:

Each streaming platform uses its own royalty calculation model.
Reporting schedules vary by platform.
Royalties are processed only after reports are received and verified.

As a result, it is normal for earnings to appear later than streaming statistics.
